phgrate Terms & Conditions

1 Definitions

For the purposes of these Terms & Conditions, the following definitions shall apply:

• "phgrate," "we," "us," or "our" refers to the phgrate online gaming platform, accessible at phgrate.com, and its operators, affiliates, and authorized representatives.
• "Player," "you," or "your" refers to any individual who accesses, registers on, or uses the phgrate platform in any capacity.
• "Account" refers to the registered user account created by a Player on the phgrate platform.
• "Platform" refers to the phgrate website, mobile interface, games, software, and all associated services.
• "Wager" or "Bet" refers to any real-money stake placed by a Player on any game or event available on the phgrate platform.
• "Bonus Funds" refers to any promotional credits, free spins, cashback, or other non-cash incentives credited to a Player's account by phgrate.
• "KYC" refers to the Know Your Customer identity verification process required by phgrate before processing withdrawals or as otherwise required by applicable regulations.
• "PAGCOR" refers to the Philippine Amusement and Gaming Corporation, the regulatory body overseeing gaming operations in the Philippines.

2 Eligibility

2.1 To register and use the phgrate platform, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility requirements at all times:

1. You must be at least twenty-one (21) years of age. This is the minimum legal age for participation in casino-style gaming under Philippine law and PAGCOR regulations. phgrate strictly enforces this requirement and will permanently close any account found to belong to an underage player.
2. You must be accessing the phgrate platform from a jurisdiction where online gaming is lawful. It is your sole responsibility to determine whether your use of phgrate is legal in your location.
3. You must not be a current employee, contractor, director, or officer of phgrate, nor an immediate family member of any such person.
4. You must not be self-excluded from phgrate or any other gaming platform under a self-exclusion agreement that remains in effect.
5. You must have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement under the laws of the Republic of the Philippines.

2.2 phgrate reserves the right to request proof of age and identity at any time. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation may result in account suspension and withholding of funds pending verification.

3 Account Registration and Management

3.1 One Account Per Player. Each Player is permitted to hold only one (1) registered account on the phgrate platform. The creation of multiple accounts by a single individual — whether using different names, email addresses, mobile numbers, or payment methods — is strictly prohibited and constitutes grounds for immediate account termination and forfeiture of all associated balances.

3.2 Accurate Information. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during the registration process and to update such information promptly if it changes. phgrate is not liable for any loss or inconvenience arising from inaccurate account information provided by the Player.

3.3 Account Security. You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your phgrate username and password. You must not share your login credentials with any third party. phgrate will never ask for your password via live chat, email, or any other communication channel. Any activity conducted under your account credentials is deemed to have been authorized by you.

3.4 Unauthorized Access. If you suspect that your phgrate account has been accessed without your authorization, you must notify phgrate customer support immediately via live chat. phgrate will take reasonable steps to secure your account upon receiving such notification, but is not liable for losses incurred prior to notification.

3.5 KYC Verification. phgrate is required to verify the identity of all players before processing withdrawals. You will be required to submit valid government-issued identification and, where applicable, proof of address and proof of payment method. Accepted identification documents include Philippine passports, SSS IDs, PhilHealth IDs, driver's licenses, and other PAGCOR-recognized documents.

4 Deposits and Withdrawals

4.1 Currency. All transactions on the phgrate platform are conducted in Philippine Peso (PHP / ₱). phgrate does not accept deposits in foreign currencies directly; any currency conversion is the Player's responsibility and subject to applicable exchange rates.

4.2 Accepted Payment Methods. phgrate currently accepts deposits and processes withdrawals via GCash, PayMaya, BPI, BDO, and Metrobank. phgrate reserves the right to add, modify, or remove accepted payment methods at any time without prior notice.

4.3 Minimum Deposit. The minimum deposit amount on phgrate is ₱100. Minimum and maximum deposit limits may vary by payment method and are displayed in the phgrate cashier at the time of transaction.

4.4 Withdrawal Processing. Withdrawal requests are subject to KYC verification. phgrate aims to process verified withdrawal requests within one (1) to three (3) business days, depending on the payment method selected. GCash and PayMaya withdrawals are typically processed faster than bank transfers.

4.5 Own Funds. You may only deposit funds that belong to you and that have been obtained through lawful means. phgrate reserves the right to conduct enhanced due diligence on any transaction that appears inconsistent with a Player's stated profile or gaming history.

4.6 Inactive Account Fees. Accounts that have been inactive for a period of twelve ( 12) consecutive months may be subject to an inactivity fee of ₱50 per month, deducted from the account balance. Players will be notified by email prior to any such deduction.

5 Bonuses and Promotions

5.1 General Bonus Terms. All bonuses, free spins, cashback offers, and other promotional incentives offered by phgrate are subject to specific terms and conditions published on the relevant promotion page. In the event of any conflict between a specific promotion's terms and these general Terms & Conditions, the specific promotion terms shall prevail.

5.2 Wagering Requirements. Bonus funds are subject to wagering requirements before they may be withdrawn as real money. The applicable wagering multiplier for each bonus is stated on the promotion page. Unless otherwise specified, wagering requirements must be met within thirty (30) days of the bonus being credited to your account.

5.3 Bonus Abuse. phgrate reserves the right to void bonuses and any winnings derived from them if there is evidence of bonus abuse, including but not limited to: creating multiple accounts to claim the same bonus, placing low-risk bets to meet wagering requirements, or colluding with other players.

5.4 Modification and Withdrawal. phgrate reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any promotion at any time without prior notice. Players who have already claimed a bonus will not be affected by subsequent changes to that specific promotion's terms, provided the original terms are still being met.

6 Gameplay Rules

6.1 Game Rules. Each game available on the phgrate platform is governed by its own set of rules, which are accessible within the game interface. Players are responsible for familiarizing themselves with the rules of any game before placing real-money wagers.

6.2 Technical Malfunctions. In the event of a technical malfunction, system error, or connectivity failure during gameplay, phgrate reserves the right to void the affected round and refund the wager to the Player's account. phgrate is not liable for any losses arising from technical issues beyond its reasonable control.

6.3 Game Outcomes. All game outcomes on phgrate are determined by certified random number generator (RNG) technology. phgrate does not manipulate game outcomes. Published return-to-player (RTP) percentages are accurate and based on independent third-party audits.

6.4 Disputed Results. If you believe a game result is incorrect, you must notify phgrate customer support within seventy-two (72) hours of the disputed round. phgrate will investigate and provide a resolution within a reasonable timeframe. The decision of phgrate on disputed game results is final.

7 Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the phgrate platform. Violation of any of these prohibitions may result in immediate account suspension, permanent termination, and forfeiture of all balances:

• Registering more than one account on the phgrate platform.
• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information during registration or KYC verification.
• Using the platform if you are under 21 years of age.
• Attempting to exploit software bugs, glitches, or vulnerabilities in any phgrate game or system.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or artificial intelligence tools to interact with the platform.
• Engaging in any form of collusion, match-fixing, or coordinated play designed to gain an unfair advantage.
• Depositing funds obtained through unlawful means or using phgrate for money laundering purposes.
• Harassing, threatening, or abusing phgrate staff or other players through any communication channel.
• Attempting to reverse-engineer, decompile, or otherwise tamper with phgrate software or systems.

8 Intellectual Property

8.1 All content on the phgrate platform — including but not limited to logos, trademarks, game graphics, software, text, and design elements — is the exclusive property of phgrate or its licensed content providers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

8.2 You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use the phgrate platform for personal, non-commercial gaming purposes only. This license does not permit you to copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works from any phgrate content without prior written consent.

9 Privacy and Data Protection

9.1 phgrate collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which forms an integral part of these Terms & Conditions. By registering on phgrate, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.

9.2 phgrate implements industry-standard security measures, including 256-bit SSL encryption, to protect your personal and financial data. However, no data transmission over the internet can be guaranteed to be completely secure, and phgrate cannot warrant the absolute security of information transmitted to the platform.

10 Responsible Gaming

10.1 phgrate is committed to promoting responsible gaming. We provide a range of tools to help players manage their gaming activity, including deposit limits, loss limits, session time reminders, cooling-off periods, and self-exclusion options. 11 Limitation of Liability

11.1 To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, phgrate shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of, or inability to use, the phgrate platform, including but not limited to loss of winnings, loss of data, or loss of profits.

11.2 phgrate's total aggregate liability to any Player in connection with these Terms & Conditions shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that Player in the thirty (30) days preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

11.3 phgrate does not warrant that the platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from viruses or other harmful components. Players access and use the platform at their own risk.

12 Account Termination

12.1 By phgrate. phgrate reserves the right to suspend or permanently terminate any Player account at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice, if it determines that the Player has violated these Terms & Conditions, engaged in fraudulent activity, or poses a risk to the integrity of the platform or other players.

12.2 By the Player. You may close your phgrate account at any time by contacting customer support. Upon closure, any remaining real-money balance (excluding bonus funds) will be returned to you via your registered payment method, subject to completion of KYC verification and any applicable withdrawal processing times.

12.3 Effect of Termination. Upon termination of your account for any reason, your license to use the phgrate platform is immediately revoked. Provisions of these Terms & Conditions that by their nature should survive termination — including intellectual property rights, limitation of liability, and governing law — shall continue to apply.

13 Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

13.1 These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

13.2 Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms & Conditions shall first be submitted to phgrate's customer support team for informal resolution. If the dispute cannot be resolved informally within thirty (30) days, it shall be referred to the appropriate regulatory authority or courts of competent jurisdiction in the Philippines.

14 Amendments to These Terms

14.1 phgrate reserves the right to amend these Terms & Conditions at any time. Material changes will be communicated to registered Players via email or a prominent notice on the platform at least seven (7) days before taking effect.

14.2 Your continued use of the phgrate platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree with the amended terms, you must cease using the platform and close your account.
